Disney Dreamlight Valley Announces New Expansion Pass and Upcoming Updates

The Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase today revealed a brand new expansion pass: The Storybook Vale!

This brand new area will feature three different huge biomes: the Bind, Everafter, and Mythopia and three new characters in part 1: Hades, Merida (from Brave), and Flynn Rider from Tangled. Also part 2, coming next year, will include Maleficent and a secret character!

The new biomes will feature books, mythology, and mushrooms. All three new areas looked amazing. The new DLC looked absolutely jaw dropping. There are so many new items, a new tool (a net to catch cute origami creatures), puzzles, and challenges. Can’t wait to play it! Its coming out on November 20th.

Meanwhile, the next free update will be on December 4th and feature Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas! It’ll also include the introduction of “floating islands” that players can purchase with moonstones. There will be a new starpath than too.

And next year in Early 2025, a free update was teased with two very familiar head items (Aladdin and Jasmine?!), then in Spring 2025, a smiling face suggests Alice in Wonderland, and in Summer 2025 we’ll finally find out what the mysterious Skull Rock is all about that. That just HAS to be someone from Peter Pan right?! Could we be getting Captain Hook?!
