He-man and Masters of the Universe Dragon Pearl of Destruction Release Date Announced
He-man and the Masters of the Universe was one of the most popular cartoon series in the 80s. And looking back at it, its weird that the cartoon never really had a proper game. There was no beat ‘em up style Masters of the Universe! Until now! We have information, including the release date, on the upcoming game.
He-Man and the Masters of the Universe will have a video game very soon. The game is called Dragon Pearl of Destruction and it will be out on April 28th for Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC.
It is a 2D side scrolling brawler much like the classics of the 80s and 90s (Double Dragon, Maximum Carnage, the TMNT games, etc). It will feature one and two player co-op. He-man Man-At-Arms, and Teela are playable with She-Ra being unlockable! There will be 12 stages and plenty of enemies to fight.
The game looks amazing. I was a huge fan of the cartoon as a kid, so this has all the right nostalgia vibes for me.
