Fresh from Disney’s D23 Expo in Japan is the latest trailer for Kingdom Hearts III, the long-awaited sequel set for release sometime in 2014 for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. The footage is from a Japanese demo, showing off Sora, Donald and Goofy as the fight bad guys in this action RPG. Visually, it looks pretty good, with updated, smooth textures and animations that capture the Disney look-and-feel of the franchise.  It seems to feature the same gameplay that…

GAME have today been calling around those that had registered an interest, sharing the prices you might be expecting to pay if you buy a PlayStation 4 in store on launch day. They also announced which accessories they'd be stocking and how much they'd be charging for them.

Sony have tonight revealed the release date for the PlayStation 4. Although rumours hinted at an October release date, the PlayStation 4 will be available for purchase on November 15th in the US and November 29th in EU territories. The price will be £349, $399 and €399. There have been over a million pre-orders so far worldwide, despite some retailers cancelling pre-orders in the hope of curbing stock issues. That's not too bad, although initial excitement is no indication as to just how long things are going to last.

When computer games were first created in the late seventies, they were created by only a couple of people. Technology, at the time, only allowed these first games to be extremely simple. There were no real distribution methods and so people had to resort to, in some cases, heading down to their local computer store with a bag full of cassettes, selling directly to the manager in hopes of getting their game available to purchase.

ASDA have announced that they will no longer be stocking Wii U units in stores, nor will they stock games or accessories. To those of you who didn't buy a Wii U at launch, this might be news. To the rest of us, it's been a long, slow, predictable road with only one conclusion. And the worst thing? The small amount of shelf space, the complete lack of display, the mixed interest... it could easily all happen again when the PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One release at the end of this year.

The PS4 has a handful of listings on Ebay reaching as much as $1200, this is triple the price that official outlets are charging.

Photos of a retail display mock-up were tweeted today by PSAccess giving us a glimpse of what we might expect to see at our local retailers this holiday season.

The sneak peak PS4 video didn't show much on first inspection but a closer look and a lot of freeze framing revealed more than meets the eye. Multiple screengrabs of the video gave Reddit user Albino-Zebra just enough information to be able to piece together a mockup of what he thinks the PS4 may actually look like.

Square, metallic and what can only be described as a grill effect. No Im not talking about the latest toaster, it is in fact the PS4. Recently added by the Official Playstation facebook feed this 40 second tease doesn't give us much to go on.
