HELLO KITTY ISLAND ADVENTURE NOW AVAILABLE FOR NINTENDO SWITCH 2

Hello Kitty Island Adventure has been available for a little while now on the Nintendo Switch, and our reviewer Daniel Fugate has really enjoyed his time with the game. The experience is now available (officially) on Nintendo Switch 2!

In his review of Island Adventure, Daniel had this to say,

Hello Kitty Island Adventure is a very addictive game, with lots of stuff to do. Is it perfect? No, the multiplayer is lacking key features like texting and being able to play with more people. The framerate slowdown and pop-in isn’t great but after some time you don’t even notice any pop-in and you do get use to the slowdown. Even with those flaws, Hello Kitty Island Adventure is an excellent addition to the Nintendo Switch. If you love simulation games, like Animal Crossing New Horizons, then you’ll absolutely want to own Hello Kitty Island Adventure. We’ll be playing this one for a long time. Stay tuned to the site because we’ll likely cover any major updates the game gets. We love this game!

The game was also reviewed by Kevin Austin on Playstation 5. Kevin had this to say:

In a console landscape dominated by high-octane action games and sprawling RPGs, Hello Kitty Island Adventure offers a refreshing change of pace. It’s a game that invites you to slow down, take a breath, and enjoy the little things—like baking a cake for My Melody or discovering a hidden cave with Badtz-Maru.
Hello Kitty Island Adventure isn’t trying to be the next big blockbuster, and that’s exactly what makes it special. It’s a cozy, heartfelt experience that knows exactly what it wants to be. While it has its flaws—namely some grindy progression and limited customization—it more than makes up for them with charm, polish, and a genuine sense of joy. If you’re looking for a game that’s low on stress but high on heart, this island getaway might be just what you need.

If two positive reviews aren’t enough to convince you this game is for more than just Hello Kitty fans, I’m not sure what to tell you! The Nintendo Switch 2 version of the game is looking great, though, and we will hopefully have thoughts on this version soon!
