If you are hoping to be completely surprised by Mario+Rabbids you might want to be careful where you click this weekend on YouTube. Nintendo YouTubers around North America and Europe have begun uploading hours of content as the video embargo lifted today, something that many developers and publishers rarely let media do. As I've dealt with numerous Nintendo embargoes in the last 3 years, there is often a 30-60 min cap on captured footage. Ubisoft, however, is being a bit more lenient, and that's ok with me!

If you are old - and we are talking born in the 70s - you probably remember playing a number of classic arcade games like Dig Dug, Pacman, and of course, Galaga. If you ever really enjoyed these early 80s and 90s games, you can now get a good number of them in the Namco Museum title which recently released on Nintendo Switch. The guys over at Achievement Hunters teamed up with Ubisoft US to demo the multiplayer modes in Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle via the Ubisoft YouTube Channel. Although this game has been mainly billed as a single player experience to date, this demo really does a great job showing that Mario + Rabbids is a fully fledged, single and multiplayer title that will have tons of gameplay for everyone. Overcooked has been available before, but players were tied to their consoles if they wanted to play. With the Special Edition launch on the Nintendo Switch, Overcooked is now available on the go, and it is one of the best, handheld/tabletop Nintendo Switch experiences to date. While the game will pose strong challenges to those playing by themselves, it's still incredibly rewarding to complete each level, and even more rewarding when getting the full three stars! Multiplayer, however, is definitely where this game shines.
