A New State of Play Will Air This Thursday (2/25/21)
A new State of Play broadcast has been announced for Thursday (2/25/21). We have details below.
Playstation announced a new State of Play broadcast for this Thursday. The video will focus on “updates and deep dives for games coming to PS4 and PS5.” It will air at 4pm central time. It will be 30 minutes, “give or take”.
Via their site, Playstation adds that the State of Play will have ” updates and deep dives for 10 games coming to PS4 and PS5, including new game announcements and updates on some of the third-party and indie titles you last saw in June’s PS5 showcase.”
State of Play has been getting a lot better recently. The last big PS5 State of Play was amazing! Thursday’s should be very interesting.
As for “updates and deep dives”, what will we see? Its likely that Ratchet and Clank will get an update. I’m not sure about a deep dive since we’ve already seen a bunch of it already. Resident Evil Village also got a pretty deep dive recently. Now the next Horizon Zero Dawn game seems like it would be something that would get a deep dive this time. It really depends on how far along that game is. Also isn’t it about time we saw the next God of War?
Personally I’m hoping we see more of the next Final Fantasy game! It looks amazing!
I wonder what new game announcements we’ll get! Hmm.
