More Thoughts From Me #234: Oceanhorn Returns

I liked the first Oceanhorn a lot. If you haven’t played the game, its available on the Nintendo Switch eshop right now. Zelda fans will especially enjoy it. And soon, we’ll be getting another Oceanhorn! Let’s talk about that game a little.

The first Oceanhorn was like a mix between Wind Waker and a Link to the Past. The game had an overhead view, but three dimensional. And it was a lot of fun.

Very soon we’ll be getting another Oceanhorn game for the Nintendo Switch!

Oceanhorn 2: Knights of the Lost Realm looks more like Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, or even Breath of the Wild. The characters are taller, the environments are more three dimensional, and the camera view is on the level with your character this time.

Also, based on the trailer for the game, the main character will have more than just his sword to fight with: he’ll have some kind of gun, a throwing pole, and possibly more.

Then there’s Oceanhorn 2’s graphics, which are even better than the first game. Its a really beautiful looking game!

Oceanhorn 2 looks really good! I loved the first one and can’t wait to see what this new game has in store for us.
