Destiny Connect: Tick-Tock Travelers – A Guide to Odd Times (Trailer)

Destiny Connect: Tick-Tock Travelers is an upcoming turn-based rpg from NIS America. The setting and characters remind me a lot of Earthbound. Check out the game’s newest trailer to get a look at it and then please come back for more thoughts from me about Destiny Connect: Tick-Tock Travelers!

I played a little bit of a Japanese demo of Destiny Connect. Unfortunately, the demo was all in Japanese, so I couldn’t understand what was going on. I did like the game’s graphics though and the battle system seemed pretty neat.

NIS America, the publisher of Destiny Connect, has a great track record with their games. I’ve never played a bad game from them. That said, I think Destiny Connect could very easily fall under the radar when it releases, especially with so many games coming out the month before. I hope I’m wrong. The game has a style that reminds me of Earthbound, while also having a turn-based battle system that looks like it could be addictive.

Destiny Connect: Tick-Tock Travelers will release for the Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch on October 22nd, 2019. Here’s hoping we’ll see an English translation of its demo before then!
