Farming Simulator coming to Nintendo Switch
If you’ve been following our website over the last few years, you probably know that I’m a huge fan Farming Simulator titles. The last two that have hit the market – Farming Simulator 17 and Farming Simulator 18 on Nintendo 3DS – have booth been fantastic titles, and I’ve spent numerous hours – and over 100 hours on the Xbox One version – with both titles, so when it was announced today that the game would be coming to Nintendo Switch, I was pretty excited! Check out the trailer below!
Focus Home Entertainment and Giants Software have done an excellent job on all of the Farming Simulator titles, so I don’t imagine things to be different when the game comes to Nintendo Switch. Being able to farm on the go in HD is something I would be longing for. While the Nintendo 3DS version of Farming Simulator have always been fun, there is always a game play mechanic or two missing, and a definite graphical hit. On Nintendo Switch, Nintendo gamers won’t have to worry about lesser graphics and missing features!
On the Nintendo Switch version, players will be able to use the touch screen when in handheld mode to navigate the numerous menus of the game, one of the biggest issues when playing on console, and why so many people prefer the title on PC. Being able to just select with your finger what you want is always better than attempting to navigate with an analog stick. This will be a huge improvement for me over the title on Xbox One and PS4!
We are really looking forward to playing Farming Simulator on Nintendo Switch, and will have more on this game leading up to the launch this November!
