EA Sports has announced the full version of the title NHL 16 for Xbox One and PS4 while also announcing NHL Legacy Edition for Xbox 360 and PS3. While the 360 and PS3 versions will include the usual popular modes and same gameplay as they have always included in the NHL games, the Xbox One and PS4 versions will reinstate features that were missing from NHL 15.

Lego Dimensions is releasing their own toy to game series in September with the starter pack hitting stores in September, today there were other packs confirmed as well.

Disney Infinity 3.0 first leaked photos of Mulan, Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Olaf from Frozen, and characters from Tron as well as characters from the new Disney/Pixar film "Inside Out". Today there are images showing Star Wars characters on the box art as well as the figures of Anakin Skywalker from Star Wars and Ahsoka from Clone Wars.

Activision and Treyarch have confirmed Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 for release on November 6, 2015. The game is slated to have more zombies, four player co-op, specialist classes, and customizable weapons.

The era of couch co-op with the Xbox One and PS4 is quickly dying. Sure, I'm obviously not stating that couch co-op is nonexistent. It is available in a few titles, but un-liked Nintendo, the other two companies know that their success, and the success of their games, relies on a solid, online network. Infamous First Light puts you in the shoes of Abigail Walker, aka Fetch, one of, if not the most interesting characters from InFamous Second Son. It takes you through the events that led up to Fetch's role in the third game of the franchise, something largely unexplored in the base game's plot.

There was a time when platformers were about the only type of game hitting the market. Spyro and Crash seemed to be the most talked about characters, and Mario 64 was a contender for the greatest game ever made. The genre peaked and, mixed with the dropping quality of long-time franchises, disappeared to almost nothing. The Last Tinker seems to try to recapture those glory days, but misses exactly what made the greats so noteworthy in the first place.

The Last of Us: Remastered is another entry in Sony’s HD remaster collection – started back in 2009 with the God of War Collection. The only difference with developer Naughty Dog’s own take on HD re-releases is that The Last of Us is only a year old, and the first tangible re-release on Sony’s PlayStation 4.
