Lego LOTR Shire Announced

For the first time in history, the LEGO Group is launching an incredible new set that brings Middle-earth to life in purely stunning brick form—the highly anticipated rebuild of The Shire. This genuine 2,017-piece breathtaking set brings Hobbiton to life and includes a refined and magical interpretation of Bilbo Baggins’ legendary hobbit-hole, Party Tree, along with an array of dearest beloved characters from J.R.R. Tolkien’s revered literary classic and Peter Jackson’s Academy Award-winning motion picture trilogy.

To celebrate the launch, the LEGO Group partnered with Warner Bros. Discovery Global Consumer Products to produce a special mini-film celebrating this breathtaking set. Featuring Sean Astin—he is best known for playing Samwise Gamgee in The Lord of the Rings trilogy—the special film is a delight for fans, providing an immersive experience as they explore this carefully crafted LEGO build. In vibrant storytelling, the film salute consists of iconic scenes from the legendary films, beautifully re-created using LEGO bricks.
