In a video game generation that continues to move away from local cooperative play, it was nice to see a game come across my desk that would allow my wife and I to play together. And we did! Outside of some wonky controls, Force delivers a great top down puzzle RPG game that is sure to delight those looking for something in between long titles like Diablo and Divinity: Original Sin.

Back in 2010, THQ released a sequel to the popular Darksiders game titled – not surprisingly – Darksiders 2. Now in 2015, the game has been enhanced and ported to the Xbox One and Playstation 4. My expectations for Halo 5 Guardians were mixed. One one hand, it is Halo, and 343 Industries and Microsoft have rarely strayed from the core mechanics that make up a Halo game. On the other hand, 343 promised a much different Halo experience, which they demoed multiple times at many trade shows: squad combat. Although squad combat is not new to the franchise, it was the first time it was used exclusively in the a numbered Halo game. So how does Halo 5 Guardians hold up to other Halo games and this current generation? We think it did okay, if not better than okay.

With millions of players worldwide, Minecraft is undoubtedly one of the most popular and successful games of the last decade. The simple sandbox experience it offers has enthralled players since it's release in 2009, and the ongoing updates (including the cross platform play in the most recent version) means it's set to continue to offer new experiences to players.

We've been playing Halo 5: Guardians for a few days now and cannot wait to share our impressions with you. So far, it has been as good as we expected, and even better in many instances. The future looks bright for the Halo franchise and 343 Industries. It was announced this week that Halo 5: Guardians would launch with a 9 GB update. Here is what to expect.

343 Industries has opened up on the list of achievements for Halo 5: Guardians, showing us 65 achievements to unlock. Completing the campaign on Legendary by yourself makes its achievement return as well in Halo 5. It could be a grind to unlock all of the initial achievements but as always Halo will be a fun time.

When NBA Live is released, it isn’t always the gamers first choice in basketball games but every year EA Sports does better and better on the hoops franchise and this year is no different as NBA Live 16 is much better than NBA Live 15, but there is still much more room for improvement moving forward.

If you've played the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt then you know how great of a game it is. We scored it incredibly high on Games Reviews, and have been looking forward to the DLC for a long while. CD Projekt Red has produced one of the best DLC launches every by a developer, with tons of free content already being made available. So when CD Projekt Red promises 10 more hours of content for 9.99, I'm completely OK with making that purchase.
