The Odd Gentlemen picked a great time to release Chapter 2 of their Kings Quest episodic series. Right before my Christmas holidays I received my review code from the PR Agency and dove right in. I could have written the review a few weeks ago, but decided to play through the second chapter a couple times for one main reason: choices.

In a post on their new website, the Xbox Wire, Microsoft announced that 2015 was one of the best years for Xbox, ever. For starters, December 28th saw more Xbox Live logins in one day than ever before in the console franchises history. Below are a few exerts from the article.

Very few games now a days are really kid and adult friendly at the same time. What I mean by that is, the game is easy enough for kids to play alone, and entertaining enough for adults to participate - or play alone themselves! Peanuts: Snoopy's Grand Adventure is the PERFECT example of this. Before someone points out that Nintendo has many games that fit this build, I say yes...but no. Week One of the Countdown to 2016 was great for sales on Xbox One, and the second week of mega deals is no different. There is some significant savings on some great games, as well as small discounts on recently released titles. If you have had an Xbox One for a while, or just received one for Christmas, there are lots of great games for you to get your hands on. Below is the list of titles available this week. Enjoy!

Microsoft has announced our next set of Xbox Live Games with Gold for the month of January, with Killer Instinct: Ultra Edition and ID@Xbox's Zheros coming to Xbox One on January 1st, 2016.

We don't have enough mindlessly fun games on console anymore. It just doesn't exist. I'm going to get this out of the way early. The story in Just Cause 3 is not very good; it could have been way better! However, it is a catalyst for what the real joy is: mayhem and mass destruction. Most consumers will get more enjoyment out of liberation efforts than actually attempting to complete story missions. Between all the explosions and challenges, there is more than enough content to offset the weak story to make people buy this game. It is totally worth it.

Originally sported on iOS then released on Android and now ported over to Xbox One, we have a very fun Angry Birds type game with Super Party Sports: Football. The game is quite fun and for the $4.99/£3.99 price tag it makes it an inexpensive way to enjoy a puzzle game like this.

I received a copy of Just Cause 3 a few days ahead of its December 1st launch and realized one thing really quickly: the story in this game is pretty bad, but that does not matter in the slightest. Do not get me wrong, this game is outstanding and anyone picking up a Just Cause title for the story is doing it wrong. Reality check: Just Cause 3 is all about explosions, bigger explosions, and incredibly and physically impossible explosions. Explosions, explosions, explosions.

The Black Friday craziness has begun, and although you might not be getting the door crasher or lightning deals, there is still plenty of good options out there. Although this list does not include links, it hopefully will point you in the right directions. These are some of our personal favorite games and accessories. Most - although not all - of these deals are Canada specific with the price, but available across North America.

I have done a number of shorter articles for Games Reviews on Fallout, and those will be combined here for a full scored review of the game. Fallout fans will find more to love with Fallout 4. It is not a huge advancement over Fallout 3, and the graphics are not what you would expect from a highly touted RPG. That being said, we still had lots of fun with Fallout here in our offices, and could easily recommend it to any RPG fan.
