Today was the much anticipated Pokémon Direct that was to outline games coming to the Nintendo Switch and the Nintendo 3DS family of systems. While there was much talk about what we would potentially see - a rerelease for Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, Pokémon Stars on Nintendo Switch - what we got was, well, slightly disappointing for some, and pretty exciting for others!

Farming Simulator games have never been that strong on handhelds, and when I heard that Farming Simulator 18 was coming to the 3DS and PS Vita, I wasn't the least big excited. If your read our review of Farming Simulator 17, you'll know that we absolutely loved that game, stating that it combined all the elements of past Farming Simulator games that were well received, and left behind the problematic issues. When I think of ARMS, I think of a crazy, 1v1 bash-em-up fighting game. OK, not a typical fighting game, but one where the farmers have cool gadgets instead of hands, and long springy arms. If you like that kind of thing, than that picture of ARMS probably sells you on the title, even if you never took part in any of the tests that have been ongoing. I'm not that guy, and that aspect of ARMS doesn't interest me in the slightest, at least not at the moment. What does interest me, however, is the loads of other modes built into the game!

Need for Speed Payback was announced this week via a reveal trailer. We have the video, plus my impressions of the game. Need for Speed Payback will be coming to the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on November 10, 2017. I’m a huge fan of the Burnout franchise. I really miss those games.
