As I do anymore, I decided to check the Japanese Nintendo Switch eshop and see if there was a new demo to download. And I found a demo called Happy Birthdays right away. I knew it was a simulation game and that NIS America is going to bring it to the United States this year. I thought it would be an interesting download, even if it was all in Japanese. Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom Review
Japanese Roll Playing Games go with PlayStation like butter on bread, but not all JRPG experiences are the same, in terms of storyline, game mechanics, or overall quality. In 2018 - and when compared to what was released in 2017 - I firmly believe that Ni No Kuni 2 rises to the top, as one of the premier JRPG titles currently available on the PS4. Most of the time I talk about video games in this column, but today I wanted to change things up a little. Ready Player One is an upcoming motion picture based on a book by Ernest Cline. Nintendo of America had an Indie (Nindie) showcase today. You can check that video out below and then please come back for my impressions of it. Today’s Nindie Showcase was not very good. There were no major surprises like Fornite or even a release date for Wargroove. None of the previously mentioned indie games from other showcases were mentioned at all. The video was also very short. Now, I’m not saying that there were no interesting games at all in…

Read MoreReal Farm Review
Farming Simulation games have a huge following, mostly from European gamers, and because of the immense success of the Farming Simulator franchise, more and more companies are coming to the table with their own versions. Real Farm from SOEDESCO is a great example of a company looking to take that formula, change it up a bit to make it their own, and release it to the public.
