No one should be surprised, including the GameStop employee who likely was fired after the Injustice 2 leak earlier this week. GameStop will be handing out posters to individuals who preorder Injustice 2, but I’m guessing those posters were not suppose to see the light of day until the game was officially announced at E3 2016. With that option blow up, Warner Bros. officially announced the title today via a press release. Game leaks suck! Announcements are always better when…

RPG Anima: Gate of Memories due in June
The Japanese RPG genre has been dominated by a few major titles, but that hasn't stopped others from stepping in and trying to get a piece of the pie. My personal favorite JRPG titles are those that involve live-action battle sequences over turn based. For that reason, I've always been a HUGE fan of the Tales of franchise, and generally, those titles are my go-to JRPG of choice. When I was informed of Anima: Gate of Memories I was pretty excited.

Read MoreBattleborn Review in Progress: Singe Player
After playing through the Prologue of Battleborn, I was fairly excited for what the game, on a single player level, might be able to offer. As with all online centered titles, it is often hard to create an enjoyable single player experience. I often find that you are damned if you do, and damned if you don't. Gearbox fell into this trap and ends up taking a lot of heat, probably causing the developers to thing, "Was it worth it?"
Read MoreMore Thoughts From Me #18: Will Sony and/or Microsoft Win E3?
Last year, I was unimpressed by Sony and Microsoft. They didn’t have much to show for their new systems and yet, many people were pleased with them, especially Sony. You would think with Nintendo showing only one game this year, that it would be an easy win for Sony and Microsoft this year. I have my doubts. I also have my hopes for them! Some people try to act like E3 isn’t a competition. They say “gamers” are the real…

All I have seen on the Internet since Battleborn launched on May 3rd was how amazing the prologue was. To the credit of everyone who said it, they were absolutely right. Through the awesome and fresh cinematic, to the choice of music, to the introduction of various game play mechanics, the beginning of Battleborn gets off to a wonderful start. For a game that relies so heavily on its multiplayer portion, the fun-to-play prologue is really pushing the idea of Battleborn being a fun game, even alone.
Read MoreUK, Foreign Video Game Pricing Out of Control
Prices for video games outside of the United States are slowly spinning out of control. Where I live in Canada, with a 13% Federal tax included, new release video games are hitting the 90-100 dollar mark. In the United States, games continue to be sold for 59.99.
Read MoreNintendo Needs New Games at NX Launch
The rumors continue to swirl regarding the Nintendo NX, and lately these rumors have revolved around what type of launch lineup we might see. I think a fair assumption would be that we will see the new Legend of Zelda game get a release on both the Wii U and the Nintendo NX, similarly to what was done with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess on the GameCube and Wii. However, rumors of other titles are not as appealing, at least not to me. Many have talked about re-releases of Super Smash Bros, Splatoon, and other Nintendo Wii U greats, alongside some ...

I've read numerous reviews of Beyond Eyes before I ever played. I saw scores as high as a nine, and scores as low as a five. Generally, that tells me this is a love it or hate it game. Knowing I could get a review code for our website, I decided to look into it.
