Assassin's Creed Liberation HD will be released digitally in mid-January across multiple platforms, and if you're definitely interested in buying it for PC, you can jump on Steam right now and pre-purchase it.

Ubisoft have announced that two of their biggest games of 2013 - Rayman Legends and Splinter Cell Blacklist - sold below expectations. In a call to investors today, they revealed that both games had had low sales, although as far as we can tell, they gave little explanation as to why that might have happened.

Considering it made up a pretty prolific PlayStation 4 bundle, people are understandably angry and confused. Have they now missed out on their PlayStation 4 console? A new trailer for Ubisoft's Watch_Dogs was released today, mere 24 hours since the last trailer got slammed by the internet for its poor quality.

If you're a Trials fan who has yet to buy the rather excellent Trials Evolution, and if you're sporting a Nvidia graphics cards, you might want to hold off for a little while longer. The latest graphics drivers don't much like the motorbike-based bone breaking sim, with plenty of people claiming they can't even boot it up.

Ubisoft have announced that 40 of the levels from Rayman Origins will end up in Legends. Not only that, but they'll each recieve a graphical update so that they look as good as the original levels of Rayman Legends. There were 66 levels in Rayman Origins, and if you take away the bonus and mosquito-focussed levels, that's probably the whole game.

Watch Dogs is a game that you'll want to have connected at all times, Ubisoft has revealed. Multiplayer will be so subtle that you probably won't even know you're in a multiplayer situation until the player entering your game actually chooses to attack, and there's no limit on the time they might follow you around, looking for the perfect opportunity.

While not directly mentioning Xbox One's Kinect, the angle at which the picture was taken -under the tv, pointed at the sofa, same height as the coffee table- does look like the view you would see from a Kinect camera.
