Nintendo Direct

Style and fashion were on full display today during the Nintendo Splatoon 2 Direct! The ultimate goal of this 25 minute Direct - in my opinion - was to show fans exactly how Splatoon 2 was going to be different than the original title. From my point of view, I think they succeeded, and showed off a ton of things that I'm really excited to get my hands on!

Splatoon 2 is coming out this month. And Nintendo announced today that there will be a Direct this Thursday for the game! Nintendo announced today on Twitter that there will be a Splatoon 2 Direct this Thursday (July 6). The Direct will air at 9 am central time. At E3 last week, it wasn’t surprising that Dragon Quest XI was not announced for North America. Disappointing, sure, but definitely not surprising. Dragon Quest XI come out next month in Japan and so that means we probably won’t see the game here for two to three more years. It takes forever to get Dragon Quest games to the West. Tomorrow morning at 7 AM PDT, Nintendo will be hosting a Pokémon Direct to talk all things Pokémon. With E3 2017 just around the corner, it seems odd that Nintendo would be doing this now, but I expect a fairly big announcement tomorrow to hype people up for what Nintendo has at E3 – if what they were already going to show wasn’t enough!
