The Development of Online Games

The earliest online games were nothing more than text on the screen. This was before the Internet, when we had bulletin boards. You would use a modem and your home phone line to dial the hosts computer. Naturally with the progression of technology, online games have come a long way.

Bam Box – November 2016

I'm going to be completely honest: the October Bam Box was a pretty big miss for me in terms of content and overall quality. There were many items inside that were incredibly disappointing, and easily overshadowed the few quality items. This month's box was a definite improvement, although with new changes I'm not sure I like!

Geek Fuel – November 2016

Geek Fuel has its ups and downs, but overall provides great loot. While nothing will top the box that was full of great Uncharted items, I did quite enjoy this months box. Once again, Geek Fuel is doing something other companies are not - products featuring their robot mascot. This months Indian Jones Geek Fuel Robot pin was just one of the few great items we received.

So An Octopus and A Sub Walk Into A Maze: A preview of Octocopter: Super Sub Squid Escape

Thomas Hopper is an indie developer for the Wii U (and other systems). He created a really good puzzle adventure game called Factotum for the Wii U. I liked it a lot. I thought his second game was a mixed bag, but still considered him to be an excellent developer for the Wii U. And now Thomas has another game for the system: Octocopter: Super Sub Squid Escape. He gave me a review copy of the game and I’ve been…

Mythic Loot Gaming – November 2016

Loot Gaming has been great some months, and slightly disappointing at others. However, overall the subscription box gets a passing grade from us at GamesReviews.com because they always manage to include at least one or two items that we really love. Would Novembers box continue that trend? Lets figure that out now!

New Legend of Zelda: Breath of Wild Trailer

Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be coming out in March next year. That doesn’t mean Nintendo can’t endlessly tease the game though! During The Game Awards last night, a new trailer was shown for the game. We have the trailer and my thoughts on it below. The new Breath of the Wild trailer is amazing! We’ve seen so much footage of the new Zelda game so far. I’m sure there are some people who think there is…
