Nintendo has been going down the DLC road a lot since they launched the excellent track and character packs for Mario Kart 8 on the Nintendo Wii U, and for the most part, they've been doing a really good job with it, providing large, meaningful content updates for a great price. These DLC packs have extended the life cycle of previous games, and Nintendo is hoping they can once again make Fire Emblem Warriors a game that you will continue to play well after launch.

Metroid: Samus Returns Review-in-progress Part 4
In Part 1 of my review-in-progress of Samus Returns, I told about how this game compares to the original, in Part 2, I talked about how much harder the game was getting and discussed the graphics, and in Part 3, I talked about the game’s controls. And now in the final part of my review-in-progress, I’ll update you on my progress in the game and discuss its difficulty a bit more. I’m getting pretty far into Metroid: Samus Returns. I…

I’m pretty sure I mentioned my love for old school PC Adventure games here on GamesReviews.com before. If I haven’t, well, I just did. I loved playing games like Space Quest and King’s Quest on PC. I also really dug the NES adventure games like Deju Vu, Shadowgate, and the Uninvited. In more recent history, I thought Tales of Monkey Island was great on the Wii. So when I heard about a new point and click adventure from the maker…

I'll be the first to admit that Powerpuff Girls isn't really up my alley, but when Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment sent over the Powerpuff Girls Team Pack, I was interested enough to put it together and check it out. While I wasn't thrilled about the LEGO builds themselves, the in game content was pretty strong all around, making the Powerpuff Girls Team Pack a good addition to any LEGO Dimensions collection.

Today is a good day if you are a fan of Ninjago or LEGO in general as both the LEGO Ninjago Movie and the LEGO Ninjago Movie Game launch for the masses. I like to think I hang out with a nice diverse group of friends , with different likes and dislikes. When throwing a party, trying to appease everyone at once can be a bit daunting, but I found a surprise friend on the Nintendo Switch: Pokken Tournament DX! It seems that regardless of what they like - whether they enjoy fighting titles, or even Pokémon for that matter - people are willing to sit down and match strength with another person in a Pokken match. I think I know why.

Dishonored: Death of the Outsider feels less like a true standalone video game, and more like an extension of Dishonored 2, which was released last year, like with this release, had you exploring the streets and hubs of Karnaca. Despite feeling like an extension, Death of the Outsider is very much its own game, with characters you'll care about and a story that will push you through.

It's not often you play a game with a few issues that you overlook because the game is just pure, damn fun. That is the Escapists 2 for me, a game that, despite some of its repetitions, is just too much fun NOT to play. While the experience playing solo was pretty entertaining for many hours, playing with friends is really where this game shines.
