God of War Celebrating 10 Years in March
At the end a long post by Santa Monica Studio head Shannon Studstill, she hints at a special 10 year celebration for the God of War franchise.
She also hints at a PlayStation Experience “round 2,” and the fact that Santa Monica studios will be playing a big part in it.
While much of the blog post deals with games currently announced or in development, the last part hints at what might happen in the future. With March not a million miles ahead of E3, it’s possible that a teaser may lead into a bigger reveal at the industry event.

In late March we are going to celebrate 10-years of God of War in a special anniversary celebration for our fans. Hey, that’s you. We’re looking forward to this.
And while I’m sure the PlayStation Experience will be back for Round 2 sometime late next year, we expect that Santa Monica Studio will play a significant role in it yet again.
Fans will be happy to know that Studstill and company are planning plenty of great surprises for the year ahead, which almost certainly includes details on everybody’s favourite God of War (after Guan Yu).
