DayZ Won’t Be Finished until 2016
It seems like 12 months ago, everybody was talking about DayZ. While the hype may have died down somewhat in the time since, there’s no doubt that it’s still a popular game. That’s why it’s so surprising that it won’t be properly finished until 2016.
Bohemia Interactive have announced their roadmap through to 2016 though, and there’s quite a lot to come in the next year and a bit.

As part of Steam’s early access program, users can buy DayZ now with the understanding that issues may exist. Between now and its official launch, they will need to add on enough features and fix enough bugs to make it worthwhile buying as a fully-fledged game, something that fans of the franchise would probably say isn’t too far out of reach. Still, this much still to come, it’s going to increase in value exponentially.
