Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order – Launch Trailer

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be out in a couple of weeks! However its launch trailer is already here. Check it out and then come back for a few thoughts on the game.

Star Wars fans haven’t seen a game like Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order in awhile. The last few Star Wars games were focused on multiplayer and single player Jedi fun seemed like a thing of the past.

Though, from what we know of this game, its very possible that we’ve never seen a Star Wars game like this one. Sure, we’ve seen lightsaber and force related combat in the past (The Force Unleashed), but Jedi Fallen Order is so much more than its combat.

Based on the launch trailer and other trailers we’ve seen, Fallen order has fast paced combat, Metroid like exploration, and elements of Uncharted and Prince of Persia. Not only that, but its story is canon! Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order looks like it’ll provide a single player experience that has the epic story of a Star Wars movie (like Rogue One) and gameplay that has players traveling to unique worlds, fighting cool enemies, and running along walls. This game looks amazing.

I haven’t been this excited for a Star Wars game since Knights of the Old Republic! We can only hope that Jedi Fallen Order will be as good as that game.
