Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind Release Date Trailer
The original Mighty Morphin Power Rangers are coming back soon in the form of a new game: Rita’s Rewind! The game is being developed by Digital Eclipse, the masters of retro collections. Here’s the release date trailer along with our thoughts on the game!
Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers: Rita’s Rewind will release on December 10th for Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, and PC.
The new game is a 2D beat ’em up in the same style as the recent Shredder’s Revenge and other retro beat ’em up throwbacks. Though the Power Rangers game will also have segements where the Rangers are in the vehicles and also where they are a giant robot in first person mode too.
I absolutely loved the Power Rangers as a kid and this would’ve been a game I loved. Heck, I’m looking forward to it now too. The animation, the graphics, and the cool gameplay! It just looks like a lot of fun.
