Twitch Easter Egg in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

To be fair, this Easter Egg has been reported by one person so far. A link to the thread is below.

We all know that Metal Gear Solid games have always had their fair share of Easter Eggs and it appears as if the Phantom Pain is no different. Here is a post from Devils_Demon on the Playstation Trophies forums:

I was streaming last night on Twitch and I was in the middle of a boss fight (don’t worry no spoilers) when suddenly the female voice that comes through the sixaxis speaker said “This looks tough”. I chuckled a little and assumed it was another easter egg by Hideo. After the battle I checked my comments and the single comment that someone said during my battle was “this looks tough”.
Turns out the woman announcer reads out your Twitch comments during your stream. I don’t think it’s very advanced though. Any more than 4 or 5 words and it won’t work and it needs to be good grammar.

There is no way as of right now to determine whether this is a coincidence, or a real thing. Have you experienced this while streaming MGSV:TPP on Twitch?
