Bakugan®: Champions of Vestroia Will be Wildly Popular on Nintendo Switch
When Nintendo announced and showed off Bakugan: Champions of Vestoria, Nintendo fans went into a fit of rage over the title. “Who wants this game.” “Know one is going to play this game.” The comments are unfortunate, and come from a self centered crowd. For one second, did these folks stop to think that may be Bakugan isn’t for them? It isn’t for me, I can say that with absolute certainty. Want to know who it is for? My kids.
Kids opening up some new Bakugan toys thanks to @SpinMaster! We will explain why the Nintendo Switch game will be very popular over on @GamesReviewscom once the kids finish playing with these!

This week, our friends at SpinMaster sent over two board games for us to review on GamesReviews – Titanic: The Game and Marvel United. But that wasn’t all that was in the box. Much to our surprise, we found three packs of Bakugan toys and a pack of Bakugan cards. It took my kids less than 30 seconds to get all those toys out of their packages, and cards out of the packs. That was Tuesday, around 3:30 PM. It’s now Wednesday morning, and they are still going back and forth on the basement floor. Doing what? I’m not sure – but they are having a blast.
And that is the audience for Bakugan: Champions of Vestoria. That will be launch day pickup for us in the Roffel household, not because mom and dad want to play it, but because my kids will go nuts for it, flaws and all.
It’s a weird thing to see grown adults complaining about a game Nintendo has announced. Why is it so difficult for fans of this system to realize that everything Nintendo creates isn’t necessarily for them? Bakugan isn’t going to sell as well as Mario or Zelda, nor will the developers and publishers believe it will. But they know that Bakugan is back in a big way in the West, and that should translate into great sales for their upcoming game.
Let’s allow the kids to have some fun with a title they will love, without crapping all over it, shall we?
