PlayStation Plus Leaked, Includes Crysis 3, Road Not Taken
Three games from this month’s PlayStation Plus have leaked. It’s not the big AAA games that some might have hoped for from August’s lineup, but there’s still some good titles there for those that don’t already have them. The ad, which was published on the official PlayStation website, doesn’t contain every single game, but since these are the ones Sony have chosen to “headline,” it probably means this is the best that’s coming.
Road Not Taken is a rogue-like adventure where you have to go into horror-filled woods looking for lost children. It’s a puzzle game as much as anything, and, while it’s currently under embargo, I think it’s fair to say that those that enjoy this sort of game are going to be very happy. That’ll be available on the PlayStation 4. For PlayStation 3 fans, you’ll be able to download Crysis 3, not the best reviewed in the franchise but still a decent title. If that’s not your cup of tea and you own a Vita, you’ll be able to play Lego Harry Potter, Years 5-7.
While it’s true this is going to be a eclectic line-up, it’s probably not as exciting as some were hoping for. That’s not to say that they’re not good titles but, especially in the case of Road Not Taken, the longer there’s no AAA titles for PS4, the harsher the available titles will be judged.
