Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair: Reveal Trailer

I really liked Yooka-Laylee on the Nintendo Switch. I thought it was a great game. And now a sequel has been announced for it! Its not all what you’d think it would be though. Check out the reveal trailer for Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair and then come back for my thoughts on the game.

Yooka-Laylee and the Impossible Lair is a 2.5D platformer much like the recent Yoshi, Kirby, and Donkey Kong games. Its not exactly what I’d picture for the sequel to Yooka-Laylee, a 3D platformer, although I have to say that it looks like it could be even better than the first game.

The Impossible Lair looks even more polished then the first game. The graphics look spectacular. I also like the look of the game. I think its pretty neat that a 3D overworld is included too.

I reviewed the first game and liked it a lot. Here’s hoping I get to check out the second game too.
