Scalebound Announced

The trailer for Platinum Games’ new title, Scalebound, shows us giant monsters, dragons and a possible online open world.

Scalebound could possibly be be the dragon riding multiplayer experience which had yet to be added to the xbox one.

The depth of detail is big, the trailer shows us that trees can be chopped down by monsters, which could mean the terrain is destructible. A lot of dragons are seen at the end of the trailer suggesting an (online) multiplayer mode, in which you get to fight enormous monsters. Scalebound looks promising enough to think this game will be huge. The ability to ride a dragon into battle has never been this stunning, and imagine fighting with your friends, each with his own dragon at his command.

For now it’s still anyone’s guess how the game will turn out to be, but judging by the trailer I think this could be one of the exclusives which might be able to turn the tides for Microsoft. The game trailer features stunning graphics and great detail, but leaves us in the dark on gameplay. So far, It looks quite nice and definitely one to keep an eye on.
