Animal Crossing New Horizons: Nature Day Thoughts

Yesterday was Nature Day in Animal Crossing New Horizons. The Nook Miles part of the event lasts till May 4th but yesterday was when it stared and Leif visited for the first time. What did I think of the event? What else happened that day? Here are my thoughts on Nature Day!

Thanks to Nintendo’s recent New Horizons update, Nature Day and a whole bunch of other stuff was added to the game! And yesterday was Nature Day. What did I think of it?

Well, Nature Day was ok. There wasn’t much to it. Leif visited and he sold you stuff. The special Nature Day Nook Miles  challenges were added. Oh and Tom Nook gave players a recipe for a Hedge Fence. That was Nature Day.

I was hoping there would be more to the “event”. Don’t get me wrong: I didn’t want another Bunny Day. But a little more to the event would have been nice…

Even so, it was great to see Leif again. I love the shrubs and the hedge fence is awesome. Looking foward to Leif’s next visit.

And Leif coming to town wasn’t the only thing that happened. Crazy (Jolly?) Redd visited too. He sold a painting to me and today my museum is closed for renovation! I can’t wait to see the upgraded museum tomorrow.

So Nature Day wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t really an event. The update is still awesome though. So much more to look forward to. May Day is next and it looks like it’ll be a real treat.
