New Action RPG Shiness Very Promising

There is a new action RPG coming to consoles that are yet to be determined in 2016 from Focus Home Interactive. It is something new; a new world, new characters, and new items to experiment with. And it all look really, REALLY good. I’m a huge fan of Action RPG’s and with the departure of the Tales series from Xbox One, I can only hope this fills that void and lands on my favorite home console.

From Evolve PR: While exploring the world, you’ll enter into battles seamlessly, earning experience points and learning new powers as you progress. To overcome dangers and dastardly bosses throughout the land, combat in Shiness utilizes traditional fighting game mechanics with an RPG flair. Fights in Shiness combine attacking, parrying, dodging and combos like in traditional fighter games with a clever use of elemental magic.

From the various videos that have already been released, this game looks very promising. The visuals are gorgeous, music outstanding, and the game play very intriguing. It’s very Tales like, but yet not Tales. I’m really interested in getting my hands on this title sometime in 2016!
