Nintendo News January
Nintendo continues to be busy in the early weeks of 2014 in both North America and Europe. All the details for these new game releases can be found on your Wii U or 3DS. Here are the highlights:
Nintendo of America:
Nintendo announced that Mighty Bomb Jack is now available on the Wii U via the Virtual Console; they also announced the availability of Life Force on the 3DS eShop.
A few announced sales from Nintendo: Etrian Odyssey Untold: The Millennium Girl is 20$ off until the January 27th. Fractured Souls is available for 5.99 on the 3DS eShop until February 6th. Fractured Souls is a platform game that utilizes both 3DS screens.
Nintendo released a friendly reminder that Bravely Default will be released on February 7th; the demo is available now, and comes highly recommended for fans of the older Final Fantasy games. What makes this demo unique is that it includes quests not available in the full release. Some (although not all) of your data from the demo will be transferable to the full release.
Nintendo of Europe:
Mario Party: Island Tour is now available in Europe. This game has been available in North America since before Christmas. Although the game shares very little with similar titles available on consoles, it still makes for a fairly strong title on the 3DS.
Ninja Gaiden III is now available on the 3DS eShop.
Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels and UnEpic are now available on the Wii U eShop.
Nintendo reminds 3DS owners in Europe to link a Nintendo Network ID with their 3DS to receive Super Mario Bros: Deluxe. This must be done before January 31st, at 11:59 PM.

On January 21st, Nintendo announced that the delayed Pokemon Bank had released in select Asian countries. Most speculate that North American and European dates will follow shortly.
Nintendo reminds Wii U owners that there is only one week left to download the Wii Fit U demo. For those who already own a balance board, unlocking the full game is as easy as purchasing a Wii Fit U pedometer from your local store.
