Majora’s Mask New 3DS Only Available Through Nintendo Store in UK
If you were hoping to grab a copy of that fancy new Majora’s Mask 3DS, there’s only one place worth looking over the next couple of days.
Game UK, asked when the limited edition console would be available for purchase, tweeted that they wouldn’t be stocking the device.
@anthaigh We won’t be stocking the MM New 3DS XL, unfortunately. You can purchase directly from the Nintendo Store.

It seems that console creator Nintendo will be making the device exclusive to their store which, while it’s not necessarily going to change much for those who want one at any price, pretty much stops any opportunity to “shop around,” using any vouchers or money off people may have accrued.
It’ll also mean the Majora’s Mask device will likely slip onto other services – “pre-owned,” although not technically – at higher prices, as Nintendo inevitably run out of stock.
Without definite information on when this will be up for pre-order, fans in the UK will want to keep an eye on the Nintendo Store tomorrow, and possibly into the weekend.
Majora’s Mask is arguably the darkest Legend of Zelda game, exploring themes of death and fear. For that reason, it became one of the most popular titles amongst a certain portion of the fanbase, and one of the most overrated to another portion. A 3DS port has been long requested, and the game will finally make it to stores on February 13.
