Distro Horizons VS Galaximo on Kickstater

Recently, UK based indie developer Kitatus Studios, launched a Kickstarter campaign for Distro Horizons VS Galaximo’s Army.A 3D Collectathon game inspired by classic titles such as Banjo Kazooie, Super Mario 64, Crash Bandicoot and Conker’s Bad Fur Day.

As well as offering players an experience similar to those of past collectathon games, Kitatus Studio plan to push the genre forward by implementing new, and interesting gameplay mechanics. However, due to the game being in a pre-alpha state, much of what is shown in the demo is subject to change, such as the worlds being far more open as opposed to the very linear and closed off level seen in the demo.In Distro Horizons, players take control of the titular character Distro, a cat man, who, along with his best friend Teddy, will set out on an epic quest spanning many different worlds and dimensions. During each stage, players will be tasked with collecting coins and hidden stars, whilst also combating enemies using various skills acquired throughout the game.

Upon a successful Kickstarter campaign, the team at Kitatus Studios plan to release Distro Horizonson on PC / Mac / Linux & Ouya. But for, now you can check out a short demo of the game above.
