Batman: The Telltale Series Episode 2
The first episode of Telltale’s new Batman game was pretty solid, although the game leaned heavily on the story and was fairly light on the actual game play. While I fully understand that Telltale titles are story driven, I do expect a bit more in the action department. I hoped episode 2 would bring more action, and although the game doesn’t quite deliver on that front yet, the solid story continues and pulled me through, salivating for what was next.…

“Season 2” of LEGO Dimensions has been wildly popular, and arguably, wildly different than everything that was released in 2015. There are currently two Adventure Time packs available for purchase – the first, the Team Pack, features two characters and two ‘vehicles’, and of course, a story to…

ReCore – First Impressions
This morning the review embargo for ReCore lifted ahead of its launch tomorrow, and based on what I’m seeing, reviews are very mixed. We’ve played it for 4 or 5 hours so far, and while the game begins on a big high, things begin to crumble quickly. Early, everything in ReCore feels outstanding. Finding the collectibles is a blast, using your robot allies is fun, the puzzles are engaging for the most part, and things look and sound great. After…
Nintendo On Xbox One This Weekend
While the article title sounds completely far fetched, it could actually become a reality if Nintendo doesn’t do something to stop it. According to Dual Shockers, a NES, SNES, Mega Drive and Gameboy Emulator is set to be released as early as this weekend on the Xbox One store. Those on Playstation will not have access to this application as this is coming to the Xbox One via the Windows 10 App crossover. Without the ability to load and run…
Loot Gaming August 2016
It’s Loot Gaming time! Well, it was last week. It really is disappointing how long it takes these boxes to get to Canada, but I won’t get too upset. Faster ship times means higher costs for Loot Crate, which ultimately means higher costs for consumers. Loot Gaming is always worth the wait though, and this month was no exception. Although we were not huge fans of Loot Crate, Loot Gaming was worth it, as always. You can get your own…
