Realistic versus Arcade Baseball
This is the first year of GamesReviews.com great partnership with Sony in Canada, which has given us the opportunity to look at some truly amazing games ahead of launch for all our readers. One game I've always been interested in playing and reviewing was the MLB The Show franchise, which is exclusive to the Playstation family. My baseball experiences have been limited to MLB's official title, R.B.I. Baseball. After giving significant time to MLB The Show 17 and R.B.I. Baseball 17, I've decided to let you all know which one is better.

The newest trailer for Lego City Undercover, which is coming to multiple systems on April 4th, focuses on vehicles. Lego City Undercover is coming to the Nintendo Switch, Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC on April 4th. If you didn’t get a chance to play the game on Wii U, then you…
PDP Gears of War 4 Lancer Replica
It's not everyday the post delivers a gun to your front door, but this was the case last week when another shipment of great products landed on my doorstep from Performance Design Products. This time around, we received a number of great Nintendo Switch accessories to review, as well as a...Gears of War 4 1:1 Lancer Replica gun?!
Fan Made SNES Yooka-Laylee Footage Surfaces
Playtonic Games has always been big on fan created content, and have been retweeting a lot of fan submissions they have received. If what the fans are producing is any indication, Yooka-Laylee is one of the most watched and anticipated titles of 2017. Super fan @DvonLaser (on Twitter) posted this video (seen below) of his working 2D Yooka-Laylee game on the SNES.
Yokaa-Laylee Is a Nostalgic Ride So Far
With review codes hitting media last night, it is obvious that Team 17 and Playtonic Games know they have a winner on their hands. The media is playing a game 3 weeks ahead of launch? The Embargo lift date is a week ahead of launch? Developers and publishers only do this when the title they are putting out is a home run, and so far, I think Yooka-Laylee is a HOME RUN.
Styx: Shards of Darkness a True Stealth Experience
I've not completely finished Styx: Shards of Darkness yet but I'm having a really great time with it as I go. Very few things frustrate me in this game, and the more I play it, the more I appreciate the stealth mechanics implemented by the developers. Whether I'm using elements to sneak around, or one of the many special skills that Styx can use, I'm always having a great experience and trying to figure out how to do things differently, more efficiently, and just flat out better.
Mass Effect: Andromeda Nomad ND1 Die Cast Car from PDP
Video game collectibles have always been very popular, prompting most companies to release special edition packaging for their retail launches that includes some type of statue for consumers to put on display. Bioware, the company responsible for Mass Effect, have partnered with Performance Design Products (PDP) to create some amazing Andromeda collectibles, some of which are included with special editions of the game, and some that are stand alone. Recently, PDP sent over the Nomad ND1 die cast collectors car for us to review, and we love almost every aspect of it!
The Disney Afternoon Collection Is Coming In April
When I was a kid, I was watched all of the Disney Afternoon cartoons: Ducktales, Chip N’Dale, Talespin, Darkwing Duck, and more. I never did play the NES games that were released based on them. Years later, I got to play the Ducktales Remastered game on Wii U and loved it. And now a collection of the NES games has been revealed and it looks very cool. Please take a look at the following trailer and then come back for…
A Criminal Past DLC Review
I always get excited about the opportunity to learn about the back story of some of my favorite video game characters. Adam Jenson has been one of those characters. His backstory is actually fairly intriguing, and I've enjoyed slowly learning about what made him the man...augmented man...he is today. Enter the latest DLC which came out last month, A Criminal Past.
LEGO Worlds – Almost At Our Review
Although LEGO Worlds might lack story content, that doesn't mean there is nothing to do. When I did my first impressions article on LEGO Worlds, I had accumulated around 20 gold bricks and a few great prebuilds. Now at almost 100 gold bricks, my impressions of the game are close to being finalized.
