Microsoft looking to sell Xbox One through Trade in promotion
Microsoft is looking to sell even more Xbox One systems after a very successful holiday season. Microsoft emailed customers with this offer which is currently available in North America at Microsoft Store locations. The email said, "Ditch your PS3 and get 100$ store credit towards Xbox One." Perhaps this is an attempt to avoid the inevitable post holiday drop in sales. There is a fair amount of fine print to this promotion, and it is not limited to PS3. Customers can also trade in an Xbox 360 S or Xbox 360 E. The promotion comes with a fair amount of fine prin
Unreal 4 Games to be “Everywhere By Christmas”
The new-gen has been slowly building up over the last few months, largely with multi-gen games and indie offerings filling the gaps between big releases. It's surprising that some of these releases are still running on the Unreal Engine 3, but it won't be long until the next iteration of that engine takes to the forefront and starts showing off its new abilities.
Microsoft Pursuing Legal Action after Neogaf Leak
A user on Neogaf yesterday "announced" a series of Microsoft secrets, including Halo 2 Anniversary, Crackdown 3, a Titanfall console and a cheaper Xbox One without an optical disc drive. Halo 2 Anniversary Coming This Year?
There have been hits in the past that Microsoft might be looking to revisit Halo 2. There's a beta incoming, and that'll probably result in a bit of tweaking, and what's the chance of a major shooter coming out without a day-one patch to follow? That's not all the Titanfall staff are working on though. EA, via an earnings call to investors, have revealed that DLC is already being worked on by Respawn.

Microsoft Now Own Gears of War
The first megaton announcement of the year has blown the collective socks off of gamers everywhere. Microsoft have today announced that they've acquired the Gears of War IP off Epic. Epic will no longer be involved with the adventures of the COG and there's no chance the franchise will make it to a Sony console.
Tomb Raider 2 to be more Skyrim
Tomb Raider was a great game, but it had very little in common with the massively open-world RPG The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. It's not a problem most of us picked up on, but apparently it's something the developers hope to rectify for Tomb Raider 2.
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition Almost Had New Story
Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition might seem slightly underwhelming, especially for those that completed it multiple times on PC. It wasn't always going to be that way though. Crystal Dynamics had originally considered adding extra plot to the new-gen edition, but was shot down by a Square Enix exec.
