Dying Light Getting Support Throughout 2016

Techland’s CEO, Paweł Marchewka, recently sent out an open letter to Dying Light Fans outlining continued support for the game throughout 2016. We really enjoyed Dying Light, especially the ability to play most of the game with a partner.

More Thoughts From Me #3: A Mighty Disappointment

Mighty No. 9 is a much talked about Indie game thats coming out...sooner or later. Honestly, I don't care when its coming out. I think the game looks like a generic Mega Man game. So why am I writing about the game? Well, I have to have my say too! This is the internet!

First Few Hours of Just Cause 3

I received a copy of Just Cause 3 a few days ahead of its December 1st launch and realized one thing really quickly: the story in this game is pretty bad, but that does not matter in the slightest. Do not get me wrong, this game is outstanding and anyone picking up a Just Cause title for the story is doing it wrong. Reality check: Just Cause 3 is all about explosions, bigger explosions, and incredibly and physically impossible explosions. Explosions, explosions, explosions.

Gaming Deals Across North America

The Black Friday craziness has begun, and although you might not be getting the door crasher or lightning deals, there is still plenty of good options out there. Although this list does not include links, it hopefully will point you in the right directions. These are some of our personal favorite games and accessories. Witcher 3 Awards and DLC Review

I'm not sure October could have become any better for CD Projekt Red, the studio behind the award winning Witcher franchise and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt game. Not only did they launch the first of two large expansion packs this month - which was very good by the way, more below - but they also took home five awards in the Golden Joysticks 2016!

Indie Corner: Forced

In a video game generation that continues to move away from local cooperative play, it was nice to see a game come across my desk that would allow my wife and I to play together. And we did! Outside of some wonky controls, Force delivers a great top down puzzle RPG game that is sure to delight those looking for something in between long titles like Diablo and Divinity: Original Sin.

Should You Play Minecraft on a Private Server?

With millions of players worldwide, Minecraft is undoubtedly one of the most popular and successful games of the last decade. AC Syndicate: Reasons to be Excited

Assassins Creed Syndicate launches tomorrow, October 23rd, in North America. Review scores are slowly coming in and the game seems to be hovering around the 8-8.5 mark out of 10. Good for Ubisoft. Many wondered what kind of game we would be getting this time around. Assassins Creed Black Flag was one of the best in the series, but it followed up the poorly performing Assassins Creed III. Subsequently, the game that came after Black Flag, Assassins Creed Unity, was also in many ways a complete and utter disaster. While the game was improved with updates, few people were ready to go back and try it again. History would tell us Assassins Creed Syndicate would once again be good, but with the sour taste Unity left in the mouths of many, I personally wondered what there was to get excited for.
