OVERKILL’s The Walking Dead Dev Diary #1
Earlier today, I tweeted out that Far Cry 5 would make the perfect backdrop for a Walking Dead video game, forgetting that one was actually already in the works. Although not by Ubisoft, Overkill Software is working on bringing The Walking Dead to life in a multiplayer FPS experience. Little has been released about this game, but today the developers broke their silence, releasing the first of (hopefully) many Dev Diaries. Check it out below!
R.B.I. Baseball 18 Launches Today
If you've owned an Xbox One unit for long enough, you are likely very familiar with the R.B.I. series as it has been the only MLB game available on the console for a number of years now. While the PlayStation 4 has the luxury of having MLB: The Show year in and year out, Xbox fans are left with the relatively good and addicting R.B.I. series. As an arcade baseball fan, I'm more than OK with this being the only MLB offering on the Xbox One.

PDP Getting Everyone On Board With Pixel Pals
When you look across Performance Design Products list of Pixel Pals, one thing should immediately strike you: how many difference franchises the company has been able to work with, bringing their figures to pixel form. From DC to Marvel, and from Nintendo to Sony, everyone seems to be getting on board with the wonderfully crafted, light up collectibles. They have been, and still remain, a very hot collectible. Many of the early models are difficulty to obtain, and as more and more 3rd parties sign on to be partners, the list will continue to grow!
The Crew 2 Coming June 29th
We really enjoyed ourselves with The Crew when it was launched back in 2014, and have been closely following the development of The Crew 2. Today, Ubisoft announced the release date for The Crew 2: June 29th, 2018. See more details below!
Iron Harvest Kickstarter to Launch Today
The first tagline on the Iron Harvest Kickstarter page is a historical, and incredibly intriguing one. The developers have written, “After World War 1, farmers found a plethora of unexploded ordnance, barbed wire, weapons, shrapnel and bullets while ploughing their fields. This was called the ‘Iron Harvest.'” As a long time History buff – with two degrees in the topic to my name – it was an intriguing start to what promises to be a phenomenal game coming to PC,…
Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom Preview
Few Japanese Role Playing Games in the last decade have grabbed me quite like Ni No Kuni 2: Revenant Kingdom has. The last few JRPG's that had a huge impact on me - in terms of how much I wanted to play them compared to the other games I owned - were probably Tales of Symphonia back on the Nintendo Game Cube, and Tales of Vesperia on the Xbox 360. I've always taken a liking to the Tales franchise, but in recent years, I've been fairly disappointed in their offerings. Tales of Berseria was good, but not what I had hoped. Once I got a few hours into Ni No Kuni 2, I got that feeling back. This is my 2018 Tales of Symphonia, and I'm loving it.
Twin:Charge 4 and Twin:Charge X Review
Earlier this month, we had the opportunity to review the Charge:Tower Pro units for Xbox One and PlayStation 4 courtesy of Snakebyte. While we commended both units as being excellent storage solutions and dual charging units, we indicated that it came at a cost: space. As more and more people move towards a completely digital library, the need for towers to hold games is becoming less and less necessary. Enter an alternative product from Snakebyte: the Twin:Charge 4 for PlayStation 4 and the Twin:Charge X for Xbox One.
Gamer2Go Custom Controllers
Recently, GamesReviews.com got connected with Gamer2Go and were offered a free product, a custom PS4 controller. When the Overwatch themed controller arrived at our door, I was flabbergasted. As these controllers do come from overseas, the wait time for it to arrive was expectedly long, but the second I pulled the cover off the box, I knew the wait was 100% worth it!
More Thoughts From Me #110: Questions and Answers
I asked a bunch of my twitter friends/followers if they had any questions for me and they delievered! So todays More Thoughts From Me is a Q&A. You had questions and I have answers! Here are the questions in bold and then my answers: GTM618 asked: “VR. Is it the future? Or a fad” I want to say VR is a fad but it keeps coming back. We can’t get rid of it! It was here in the 90s, then…
