Three Bold Predictions for Nintendo at E3

We are just moments away from the Summer Game Fest kicking off, so I thought I would quickly put pen to paper and let you know what three crazy predictions I have for Nintendo at E3 2021! Note, these are not all Nintendo first part specific, and could carry over to other publishers - with that, let's jump in!

Will Elden Ring be at Summer Game Fest? What We Know So Far

Games always get overhyped before they come out and Elden Ring is no exception. While Geoff Keighley is promising 30+ games to be shown off during the Summer Games Fest - kickoff to E3 2021 - everyone seems to be focused on one thing: will Elden Ring be shown off today? While we cannot answer that with any certainty, we can talk about what we know heading into today's event!

Fujifilm Instax Mini Link Review

A couple weeks ago, the Fujifilm Instax Mini Link arrived for review - Fujifilm Canada were nice enough to send over the Nintendo Switch bundle, which included the specially released Instax Mini with Nintendo Switch colours, and a Pikachu silicone cover. But while the whole package looks very awesome, is it worth picking up for a few games on Nintendo Switch? Let's dive in!

Settlers of Catan: The Dice Game Review

I've never been a huge fan of Settlers of Catan - for longtime board game fans, Settlers of Catan has fallen into the category of casual board games, alongside the likes of Monopoly, Sorry, and The Game of Life. It once was at the cutting edge of the board game space, but it no longer has the charm and strategic elements necessary to play with the big boys like Tapestry, Scythe, and others. Still, when Asmodee gave me the great opportunity to review the Settlers of Catan dice game, I was really intrigued - I'm a huge fan of games like Dice City, and generally if dice are involved, I'm in!

TCL 20 Pro – Flagship Phone at a Great Price?

When you hear TCL you probably are doing one of two things - you are either mixing it up, and thinking about the popular TV channel, or you are thinking about budget friendly televisions with tons of great features. But TCL has been hard at work in the mobile phone spaces as well, including launching a BlackBerry phone a few years back, as well as their own branded phone, the TCL 10 Pro. TCL is at it again, launching another  smart phone into the marketplace, and while we felt the 10 Pro was a good effort that just came up short, the 20 Pro is a massive improvement, and one that easily competes with the competition.

Does PlayStation Skipping an E3 Presentation Matter?

It is no secret that many feel that the cockiness of Sony is catching up to them with the launch of the PS5. After absolutely dominating the console marketplace last generation - PS4 vastly outsold the Xbox One - and releasing mega hit after mega hit, some have felt that has gone to Sony's head much like the success of the Xbox 360 went to Microsoft's. Is it fair to say that Sony is living off the good will and sheer love of PlayStation fans? Probably. Does them skipping the E3 presentation circuit a sign of cockiness or simply a business decision? I'm going with the latter.

H5 Domino Creations Review

Everyone loves to setup dominos in a long row and then knock them down. While I was never good at it - lack steady hands and all that - I had to get down on the floor with my kids once the kids decided they really wanted to start laying out dominos. Because of all the screaming in the background, I wasn't able to shoot a video worth showing, but think about dominos lined up, and you'll understand what's going on here. But there is something more to this set...
