Internet Sleuth Cyberstalks Anita Sarkeesian, Comes up with Scandal
If you've been on the internet for any length of time, it's petrifying what people may be able to find out about you. This has been proven today by an internet sleuth who decided to turn his eye to Tropes Vs Women creator Anita Sarkeesian. Along with a variety of pictures and posts, he's also linked her to telemarketing programs and to what he calls "junk science [and] social manipulation."
Lost Planet 3 Multiplayer “Powered by GameSpy”
GameSpy was once the centre of online gaming, boasting server support for over 400 games, but it has more recently dropped into disuse, with its name popping up less and less. That's partly ebcause developers see more value in services like Steamworks, which are integrated right into where people are buying and collecting their games anyway.
New Grand Theft Auto V Trailer Coming Thursday
Rockstar have announced that a new trailer for Grand Theft Auto V will be released this Thursday. Aside from calling it the "official" trailer, little else is said about it This will be the eighth trailer to be released for Grand Theft Auto V, and will likely be one of the last before the game is launched. Expect this to be a mash-up of everything we've seen so far, a nice mix of single player gameplay, story and online features. It seems unlikely that it'll be as shocking as the others, but perhaps there'll be a few surprises to keep fans hungry ahead of the game's September release date.

Gamestop “Suddenly” Restock Metroid Prime Trilogy. Another Scam?
Gamestop have "found" another rare game cache. The Metroid Prime Trilogy will go on sale tomorrow at $84.99, although it doesn't seem to be the Metroid Prime Trilogy that was released a few years ago. With no steelbook case - something that all US versions of the game apparently shipped with - some are asking how Gamestop can be selling something preowned that never existed at retail to begin with.
Sony apologizes for GTAV leak
