Some Loyal Fans Unhappy Over Free Killer Instinct

An example of the high level of entitlement in modern gaming, or just a few whiners throwing their toys out of the pram? By rewarding just some of their most loyal customers, and not fully revealing why some are being chosen for a free copy of Killer Instinct and others aren't, several have been left questioning why Microsoft have given them nothing for their constant support.

Call of Duty: Ghosts (Might Have) Sold Well

It's no surprise to anybody with a brain, but Call of Duty: Ghosts appears to have done very well. They've shipped a billion dollars worth of units (some 17 million), some of which will presumably have been snapped up by consumers. That's the problem - we just don't know.

Nintendo Explain their Attitude to Third Party Publishers

If you own a Wii U, it might almost seem like you're being ignored by the big publishers. Sure, you're getting Call of Duty (who isn't?) and Square Enix managed to release Deus Ex to the system, but there are certainly some big holes. A Realm Reborn Sales Better than Expected

The history of Final Fantasy XIV is a little rough. It had to basically be remade from scratch after it released to terrible reviews and financial ruin. It would have been the first truly bad Final Fantasy game ever released, if not for A Realm Reborn, which was significantly better than the original release.

Blizzard Trademarks Warlords of Draenor

Blizzard has filed a trademark for Warlords of Draenor, according to a post on MMO Champion. If this turns out to be an actual game, it more than likely is another expansion for World of Warcraft (Draenor is the orc's homeland). Adding further proof to this rumor is the fact warlordsofdraenor.com was registered over a month ago. However, this new domain comes with a couple of problems. For one, it was purchased on Go Daddy, which is not a place major businesses typically go to in order to buy up websites. The other issue is that Blizzard hasn't been known to create sites for the World of Warcraft expansions, so this Draenor page is very questionable, and I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out to be a hoax.
