Sound BlasterX Kratos S5 Speaker Review from Creative
It's been a little while since we dove in and looked at a standalone speaker system from Creative. Our last few speaker reviews have all been of the Bluetooth and NFC variety, so to get back to traditional speakers is amazing! The Sound BlasterX Kratos S5 speaker from Creative has been available for a while, but still is a great system for the low price of 129.99. This PC setup will make a great addition to anyone's office space, and although we have a few issues with the system as a whole, it's a worthwhile investment for a low range surround sound system.
Splatoon 2 Review
Not many games entice me to be online often like Splatoon 2 when it comes to Nintendo products. Even with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, I generally spend way more time offline with friends locally, than online with strangers! I suck at first person shooters, and I generally play adventure title, almost exclusively. About there is something unique about Splatoon that makes me come back again and again, and I'm not sure I can put my finger on one reason why. Whether it's the online modes, Salmon Run, or the single player campaign, there is always something to do in Splatoon 2!
Video Game Entertainment Aboard the Disney Dream
In a few months, I will be heading down to Port Canaveral, Florida to hop on Disney Cruise Line's Disney Dream ship for a 4 night sailing to the Bahamas. This will be my wife and I's 5th time aboard a Disney Cruise Line Ship, and we are thoroughly looking forward to experiencing everything on board. The ship has changed since we were on it last, so that is definity one thing I'm really excited to check out. However, for you guys, I'll be taking a closer look at all the wonderful video game entertainment options available online, and trust me, there are tons of them!
More Thoughts From Me #77: Another Look At RPG Maker FES
Not that long ago, I did a review of RPG Maker FES for the 3DS. The object of the game, of course, is to make rpgs. You can also download rpgs that other people have made and play them. Though, at the time I reviewed the game, there weren’t many rpgs to play yet. So I decided, for this column, to go back to the game and see if anybody came out with a cool rpg yet. Let’s take a…

Great Support for 2DS/3DS From Nintendo
Nintendo generally always has a good pulse on what the audience thinks about their products, and often will adjust course to meet those high expectations. I strongly feel like that is why we got the Nintendo Switch when we did, and also the reason why Nintendo continues to support the 2DS and 3DS despite the Switch beginning to encroach on that on-the-go Nintendo territory. We know all about the Switch and what support it has, but what about the 3DS. Well, for those fans, things are looking incredibly bright.
Microsoft’s Home Entertainment Mindset
No company pushes the home entertainment benefits of their console more than Microsoft, and for good reason. When it comes to creating that all in one experience for your living room, Microsoft is at the top of the heap. What they sometimes lack in exclusive titles - compared to, say, the PS4 - they make up for in the home experience. Whether it's video, audio, or a great use of the system's cable pass through options, the Xbox One - and soon the Xbox One X - is an ideal media solution for you!
