Aventho Wireless from Beyerdynamic
A few months ago, the good people at Beyerdynamic sent us a box full of headsets, both those for casual listening and those for gaming. One of those sets within the box was the Aventho Wireless, an expensive but highly featured headset that provides quality Bluetooth audio from your device to your ears. While I wasn't a fan of the tiny ear cups, the sound was superb. Let's dive in.
Why We Play Mobile Games
Mobile gaming is becoming increasingly popular, and almost anyone know can have access to games within seconds by pulling out their phone or tablet and loading up their favourite application. It’s not that crazy to think that the majority of gamers in 10 years or so will be doing it on tiny screens, and for only a few moments at a time. Whether you are playing the latest match 3 puzzle types, or simply trying to do a review of…

Warner Bros Booth Tour at E3 2018
Warner Bros did not disappoint at E3 2018! I didn’t realize it until my booth tour was over with WB, but villainy was definitely the theme. I only played two titles, but I was a Hitman in one and a DC villain aiding the Joker in a prison escape in the others. I am now realizing how infrequently play villains, and I have say, I loved it. Another delightful surprise, both of these games will release before the end of the year, so players will get a chance to try on the feeling of being wicked in not too long.

Nintendo Back to Being Nintendo – Third Party Woes? Nah.
After a strong first year which saw the Nintendo Switch get great support from many third party developers, E3 2018 seems to be signing a very different tune for the remainder of the year, and into 2019. While many games are coming to the system - and a good amount of 3rd party support as well - some of it is not coming soon enough, and some is not coming at all. Nintendo has a successful console on their hands with the Nintendo Switch, there is no doubt about that. But can it survive on it's own franchises unlike its predecessor, the Wii U?
Cyberpunk 2077 from CD PROJECT RED Looks Amazing
Cyberpunk 20177 is here folks, and the hype begins! While you might best no the team from CD PROJEKT RED because of their work on the Witcher series - including the Witcher 3 which might be one of the best games of this generation! - the team has closed the door for the time being on a large open world Witcher title, and have instead set their sights on a new adventure. While still an action RPG open world experience, Cyberpunk 2077 will be much different in terms of environment, characters, and story, but perhaps could take some of the same mechanics that you've come to know and love!
Enjoy the Resident Evil Renaissance – The Bubble is Bound to Burst
Resident Evil is the franchise on everybody’s lips. Gamers are preparing to buy the second entry in their millions, Capcom is pushing the genre forward with every new title and fans can’t wait to see what happens next. The year is 1998 – and the bubble is about to burst. The reaction to the first trailer for the second REmake has been almost universally positive, and rightly so. It was different, but in a way that embraced both the old…
Are Long Time Mario Party Fans Getting the Game They Want?
Mario Party is back, channeling the original titles focus of board game playing, and ditching the recent team concept. And I’m all for it! For a whole console generation now, Mario Party as a franchise has been on a steady decline. Both Mario Party 9 on the Nintendo Wii and Mario Party 10 on the Nintendo Wii U, ditched the concept of individual play, and instead put players together in a vehicle. For players who had been fans since Mario Party 1, this was a letdown, and enthusiasm for the franchise waned.
