Despite the small screen size and clutter user interface, playing Civilization 6 on the iPhone was still a fantastic experience, which is forcing me to backtrack comments I made via twitter about the game. We all know how fantastic the Civilization franchise is, and it's been a staple on the PC for over a decade. Now with the franchise available on iPhone and iPad, consoles, and the PC, there literally is no excuse for anyone to not give the game a try.

Two-man indie developer out of Spain, Isolated Games, has begun an enormous undertaking. They are in the process of developing Between The Stars, an open-world space-themed action RPG with roguelike elements. If you think that is a mouthful to say, imagine what it must be like for a two-man team to create. While this may seem a monumental task, the guys at Isolated Games have made significant strides and recently released a demo of the game which I simply had to try out!

Capcom has already bought the two Resident Evil Revelations games to the Nintendo Switch and Resident Evil 7 Cloud Edition in Japan. They’re not done yet! Capcom announced today that they’ll be bringing three more Resident Evil games to the Switch in 2019. Syberia 3 is an adventure game in the vain of King’s Quest or more recently, Thimbleweed, but without the humor and a ton more puzzles to solve. A few weeks ago, our good friends at Google Canada sent over the Google Pixel 3 for us to review, and we've been doing so over the last number of weeks. Thanks to our good friends at SteelSeries, I recently was given an Arctis 5 headset to review, and I must say that my first impressions were very mixed. It didn’t look flashy, it had a middle-of-the-road feel for both weight and sturdiness and it wasn’t wireless. From someone whose baseline headset is the Logitech G933, it was the exact opposite of what I had become used to. After using the headset for 30+ hours, however, my opinion on it has done a complete reversal.
