Word Web by POWGI is the newest word puzzle game by Lightwood Games. Is it worth checking out? Here is our review of Word Web by POWGI.
Word Web by POWGI is another word puzzle game from the masters of the genre: Lightwood Games. In Word Web, you are presented with a web of words with most of the letters missing. You have to fill in the letters with very minimal clues. This is made tricker by the fact the words are not always in a straight-line with some of them crossways or zigzag. The touchscreen and analog controls work well. Word Web is a very challenging game, but thanks to the controls, you’ll only be struggling with the game’s puzzles and not its interface.
The graphics in Word Web are what you expect from Lightwood Games: simple, clean and easy to navigate. The music is nice but you can turn the volume down and just focus on the puzzles if you want.
Word Web by POWGI is definitely a good game, though we only recommend it to those who want more of a challenge than the usual POWGI games. This is a tough game but its really rewarding too. Lightwood Games always crafts good games that are worth checking out.
