Teased by Tony Hawk earlier today, and then confirmed with a trailer around noon, Tony Hawk Pro Skater 1 and Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 are being remastered for a September 4th launch on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Stranded Deep, originally released in Early Access on PC in 2015, has brought its island-hopping survival experience to consoles.
