The Elder Scrolls Online: Greymoor Review

The Elder Scrolls Online isn't a game I play constantly, but it's one that draws me back in with each new DLC launch, and the latest expansion, Greymoor, is no different. I'm back in ESO full time for right now, checking out new locations, new quests, new mounts, and so much more. But is Greymoor worth your money, and worth another trip deep into the world of The Elder Scrolls? Let's find out!

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated Review

In this modern age of gaming where remakes and remasters are a standard, ONE SPONGE stands alone (not really Patrick and Sandy are there too) to try and breath life again into the platformers of yesteryear? But does this one get the job done or does SpongeBob just leave us all wet? The original game was developed for PS2, Xbox, and Nintendo GameCube back in 2003 believe it or not. While a major commercial success, overall reviews were middling at…

KartRider Drift – Impressions

The problem that basically every kart racer runs into is that it’s just hard to beat Mario Kart. I’d argue that it’s impossible to beat Mario Kart — really, the only contenders strive to do some things just enough differently from the stalwart Nintendo franchise. The latest contender is a free-to-play entry, KartRider Drift, which allows for crossplay action across Xbox One and PC. The game stars a colorful — if generic — cast of characters that players can customize…

Super Mega Baseball 3 Review

It’s the bottom of the 9th inning. The Sirloins trail by 2. Men (well, 1 man and 1 woman) on 1st and 3rd. 2 outs. Hammer Longballo steps up to the plate.   Yes, you read that right: Hammer. Longballo.   The slugger is well known in the minds of Super Mega Baseball fans. A hitter of epic proportions, both in his head size and on the stat sheet.   He’s older now. Has been in the Super Mega Baseball…

Sony and Microsoft Taking Different Approaches on Next Gen

Twitter could possibly be the most toxic place on the internet for most things, and video games are not immune to that either. The number of fanboys who attempt to validate their video games console preferences grows daily, and it's further proof of how pathetic people can be. Xbox fans bash Sony fans because we haven't received a ton of PS5 details. PS4 fans bash Xbox fans for, well...almost anything and everything. But the different approaches to next gen for both companies make a ton of sense, and when you assess them rationally, stupid comments about why ...

Minecraft Dungeons Review

irst wrapped up my playthrough of Minecraft Dungeons on the default difficulty, I thought it was a fun game, but perhaps a bit shallow.  I came away from it thinking I'd seen all that the game had to offer, and that the Adventure and Apocalypse difficulties would, for the most part, be more of the same.  After all, I'd unlocked a couple of hidden levels, and felt that I'd explored each map from head to toe.  By the time I'd completed the game on Adventure difficulty, I came away with a distinctly different feel.
