Xbox Live Having Problems After Titanfall Release
It looks like Titanfall might have had quite the launch. With so many people logging on Xbox Live to download patches and shoot each other up from massive death robots, the online service has come to a grinding halt. Sorry, that's not quite how the official channels have put it - Xbox Live Core Components are currently limited.

While the Lord of the Rings franchise focussed on a small group of people changing the world in a big way, The Hobbit was more about the group (at least up to a point). This isn't something that's been lost on the team behind LEGO The Hobbit either, as they've added new ways for you to work together with your "buddies." Warner Brothers today released a new trailer showcasing these new abilities, and the importance of your group.

The Xbox One has been out only a few months, and Microsoft have already announced a pretty major price drop in the UK. All future consoles will be available to purchase for £399, and the first of these new consoles will contain a free copy of Titanfall. They know this is going to be a system seller, and they're trying to make it as tempting as possible to those on the fence.

Titanfall is an Xbox One exclusive (unless you have an Xbox 360 or PC). That's been a source of quiet disappointment for a lot of Sony-focussed arcade shooter fans with PlayStation 4s. It should be presumed that the biggest deciding factor behind the whole thing would be money, and yet Neogaf used Famousmortimer offers a slightly different look of things. Apparently the reason Titanfall ended up on Xbox One is because Sony was too quiet about what their plans for this generation were going to be.
