Sony Announces VR Headset: Project Morpheus

Sony took to the stage at GDC this morning to announce the announcement nobody could see coming: a VR headset. Dubbed Project Morpheus, the device has all the bells and whistles you'd expect, and although price has yet to be announced, you ought to start saving now if the list of features is anything to go by. With that said, it'll only be available on the PlayStation 4, so if you don't have Sony's new-gen machine, you'll need to save even more.

PS4 Updated to 1.62

The PlayStation 4 has received another big update today, although that's big as in size, not content. The firmware jump to 1.62 weighs in at over 300MBs, a size that would have encompassed a whole game at one point, but now does little but fixes some software issues. Still, it shouldn't be a big problem for the majority of PS4 owners, and the added stability is never a bad thing.

Ground Zeroes is Small – Very Small

File sizes for Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes have been leaked, and they're not quite as meaty as you might expect. Despite the revelation that the main story could be beaten in a matter of hours, many fans had hoped that replayabiltiy and exploration would more than make up for that. Now, that's not quite certain.

PlayStation Now Prices Revealed?

A leaked image from the official Gaikai website might hint at the future pricing on the PlayStation Now service, although there's nothing certain about it, so read with a grain of salt. The rather blurry looking picture gives up the probably temporary rental prices of Uncharted 3 and Far Cry 3, although without more information it's difficult to guess exactly what you'll get for those prices.

Thief Review

Thief, developed by Eidos Montreal, is a reboot of the beloved 90s first-person stealth series of the same name. Penned by Ken Levine, who would go on to create Bioshock, and forged by the now defunct Looking Glass Studios, 1999’s Thief: The Dark Project was the birth of the first-person stealth genre. It successfully introduced several innovative mechanics, like the clever use of light and sound as an integral part of game play, and told an intriguing narrative in the process.

This isn't something that's been lost on the team behind LEGO The Hobbit either, as they've added new ways for you to work together with your "buddies." Warner Brothers today released a new trailer showcasing these new abilities, and the importance of your group.

Call of Duty Ghosts Onslaught Review

Infinity Ward have fixed a lot of the issues that plagued Ghosts at launch, but there's one thing they can't fix: the size and shape of the original multiplayer maps. They're too big, with too much going on. In trying to combat camping (by creating a "always open" feel wherever you go), they've made it ten times worse. That's why it's fantastic news that Onslaught - the new DLC pack, available on Sony platforms since last Friday
